  1. First, I have to say that I love your website – great content and very helpful. I agree about Craigslist, I have found it to be a dominant force in driving leads back to my site. I also like to watch my competitors on Craigslist. I find many agents are so busy in posting listings, but rarely go back and browse through as a buyer. It’s interesting to see what others are doing. One thing I notice, i many agents focus on writing a great Craigslist ad, attaching a couple of pictures, and that’s it. No link back to their website. No link back to the listing on their site, which would offer additional information and pictures. So much effort put into a write up, but lacking anything to bring leads in.

      Great feedback Jesse. It’s so true. No matter what market you are in, so many agents will tend to follow this philosophy and miss out on a huge chunk of traffic. There is certainly a lot more business to be had using Craigslist, and all it takes is a shift in mindset.
