First you’ll have to get to work and find a great deal available right. It could be a property that’s undervalued or it could be one that allows owner financing/lead option or maybe it just has huge upside potential for one reason or another…
Then you send out an email something like this one below:
Subject line: (your area) "smokin' hot" deal of the week... don't miss out UNBELIEVABLE Body: Hey it's Josh (replace with your name) and I was out previewing homes for some of my clients yesterday and I came across this "smokin hot" deal... Just had to let you know about: [Insert details here](personally I would include very few details...just enough to get them excited and contacting you back) I'm holding a special private open house tomorrow at 5 just for lucky folks like you getting this email. To RSVP call or text me at (insert your cell) or just hit reply Insert Name Sig file PS. If you don't want to wait for the private open house just call or text me now and we'll get in you in ASAP… PPS. If this deal doesn't work for you, just reply and let me know what you're looking for and I'll go to work to find it...
